From the Eagle Square in Abuja, the Minister will lead the exercise down to the Headquarters of the Nigerian Television Authority in Area Eleven axis of the FCT.
A statement released by the Director of Press and Public Relations Unit, MARGARET UMOH, noted that the walk would highlight the theme of this year’s celebration, which emphasizes “Water and Wastewater”.
It said the goal is to create awareness on water resources management and also to evaluate the activities of the water sector and partners in the sector.
The Ministry spokesperson said participants would be enlightened on how improving waste water management impacts improvement on all six targets of the sustainable Development Goal on Water.
