Senator PETER NWOBOSHI of the PDP from Delta State raised the matter under Order Forty-Two of the Senate Standing Rule.
Senator NWOBOSHI said those who were sent abroad on scholarship through the amnesty program were suffering.
He said failure to fulfill the implementation of the amnesty programme could result to another problem in the Niger Delta.
Our correspondent reports that the Senate thereafter resolved to take an official motion on the matter on its next legislative day.
