These include picketing of Power Transmission Stations and the head office of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company in Port Harcourt.
It was also gathered that the picketing was extended to other PHED facilities in Cross River, Bayelsa, and Akwa Ibom states.
The exercise in Port Harcourt was led by CHARLES ELETO who was last week installed as Rivers State Chairman of ULC.
ELETO, who doubles as Chairman of Port Harcourt Zone of the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas workers, said their action was because of the refusal of PHED management to allow its workers to form labour unions.
