Senator ABE said his victory in the rerun election, which he described as a titanic struggle, is a reward for faithfulness.
The APC chieftain also thanked his archrival, OLAKA NWOGU of the PDP, just as he offered a hand of friendship to the Governor NYESOM WIKE.
In his victory speech, Senator ABE reminded Governor WIKE of his comment when he said there was nothing personal in the electoral contest and his promise to congratulate him if he won.
Senator ABE said since he has been declared winner by INEC, Governor WIKE should endeavour to keep his words and send his congratulatory message.
