The NBA while complaining of the difficulties and hardship in the E-filing service also requested that the one thousand naira E-filing charges should be reduced to one hundred naira or less pending when the service will be efficient.

 

The Chairman of Port Harcourt branch of NBA, Prince Onyekwere who read the address of the NBA during a special Court season to mark the beginning of the legal year stressed the need for regular meeting of members of the bar and the bench to ensure synergy.

On her part; the Chief Judge of Rivers State, Adanma Iyayi-Lamikanra disagreed with the position of the NBA on the E-filing process, saying that those who are not enjoying the process may be those who are yet to register with their mail.
