CRUISE reportedly broke his ankle while performing a stunt in the next installment of the movie.
The development forced the film studio – Paramount Pictures – to suspend filming pending the recovery of the actor.
However; the Paramount Pictures assured that the schedule date of July next year for the release of Mission: Impossible Six remains unchanged.
In a statement confirming the incident, the film studio said TOM CRUISE thanked all those who showed concern and support, adding that he could not wait to share the film with everyone next summer.
