German police spokesman told Associated Press that PUIGDEMONT was arrested by Schleswig-Holstein’s highway patrol force.
The German Police Spokesman added that the detention of the ex Catalan President, PUIGDEMONT was based on a European warrant.
PUIGDEMONT’S party spokeswoman, ANNA GRABALOSA also separately confirmed that he was detained on arrival in Germany from Denmark.
CARLES PUIGDEMONT is wanted by Spain on charges of rebellion and sedition, over his independence bid for Catalan.
