The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening transport training and advancing road safety research in Nigeria.
The partnership is expected to enhance capacity building, promote professional development and support research initiatives focused on improving road safety and transportation management.
Both organisations said the collaboration would also facilitate knowledge sharing, innovation and the development of evidence-based policies to reduce road crashes and improve traffic administration across the country.
They reaffirmed their commitment to working together to build a safer and more efficient transport system through training, research and institutional cooperation.
