Amadi said this in reaction to alleged comment by one Sunny Okocha from Akpor kingdom, claiming that the caretaker committee chairman of Obio-Akpor, Chijioke Ihunwo should not be trusted by the governor, accusing him of playing the script of his uncle, Chukwuemeka Aaron who is the state chairman of the People’s Democratic Party.
Amadi in an interview with Today FM correspondent, demanded to know if Chukeuemeka Aaron, had directed Chijioke Ihunwo to work against the interest of his kinsman, Martin Amaewhule, or the former governor of the State Nyesom Wike, wondering why such comment will come from an Akpor man.
Goodnews Amadi who doubles as the Akpor Coordinator of Supreme Council for Sim, urged members of the public to disregard the comments by Sunny Okocha, demanding that he renders an apology to the CTC chairman, and that the governor should be allowed to choose those he trust in his government.
