Former Prime Minister of Israel, EHUD OLMERT is to serve eighteen months imprisonment.OLMERT was sentenced to six years in prison by a lower court upon conviction for bribery in 2014 over a real estate deal that took place while he served as mayor of Jerusalem.But the Supreme Court reduced the sentence of the sixty-nine-year-old former Prime Minister, who becomes the first Israeli ex-prime minister to go to prison.EHUD OLMER is also appealing against a conviction for fraud and breach of trust.
