The Nigerian government said it was too late to employ such tactics to revive the defeated terrorist organization.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji LAI MOHAMMED said Nigeria’s gallant military has put Boko Haram on the run and nothing will bring back the terrorists.
He said not even the wishful thinking by the Islamic State can reverse the gains made by the military against the Boko Haram.
