ALTRED said prior to the visit, Governor WIKE had already approved the employment of a different set of persons, some of whom were not part of the visit.
According to him the Head of Service, RUFUS GODWIN decided to process the already approved names contained in a document which was shown to our correspondent.
The S.S.A to the governor told our correspondent CHINEDU IWUNNA that he had appealed to the Head of Service to include the names of those who were excluded from the list in replacement of the persons who were not present at the visit to the governor.
He claimed the Head of Service however declined his request, citing administrative reasons.
