The Director of Defence Information, Major-General JOHN ENENCHE said the mandate of the committee include to recommend sanctions against anyone indicted in the crisis.
ENENCHE said the panel comprises of senior officers from the Nigerian Army, the Nigerian Air Force and the Nigerian Navy.
