DANIEL ALABRAH has resigned his appointment as the Head of Media and Communications of the Presidential Amnesty Office. ALABRAH cited irreconcilable difference as well as inexplicable antagonism and attack on his dignity and self-esteem as reasons for his decision to leave the Amnesty Programme for former Niger Delta militants. His resignation letter was addressed to the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brigadier-General PAUL BOROH.
