Minister of Health, OSAGIE ENAHIRE, disclosed this during the Presidential Task Force on COVID-Nineteen daily briefing in Abuja.
EHANIRE also said a group of Chinese companies working in Nigeria have donated medical supplies to support the country’s fight against the virus.
The Minister added that nearly three thousand samples have been tested for the disease, adding that Nigeria will witness an increase in confirmed coronavirus cases despite the lockdown.
On his part; Minister of Information and Culture, LAI MOHAMMED said the Nigeria Broadcasting Commission has sent out a notice warning media organizations against entertaining unverified information about the corona virus.
