Al-Shabab fighters kill two civilians in Somali.

Al-Shabab accused the victims of working with Ethiopian and Somali troops.

The Islamist militants seized the town following the withdrawal of Ethiopian troops on Wednesday.

Ethiopian Communications Minister GETACHEW REDA told the BBC that the troops withdrawn from south-western Somalia were not part of Amisom.

The Ethiopian government blamed lack of international support for the move to pull out from Somalia.

The move comes after the European Union cut its funding for foreign troops in Somalia.

Following the development; some residents of Somalia’s Bakol region have already fled the area due to fear on invasion by Al-Shabab fighters.
