Adeyemi Denies Impersonation Allegations, Says He Will Be Vindicated

Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, who allegedly presented himself as the Director-General of the non-existent Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council and Presidential Economic Advisory Council, has denied any wrongdoing.

Adeyemi insisted that the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, was aware of his appointment and maintained that he acted within the law.

The defendant, who is facing allegations of impersonation and related offences, said the matter was already before a competent court and expressed confidence that he would be vindicated.

He also dismissed claims portraying him as a criminal, insisting that the allegations against him were false.
