A suspected kidnapper has been arrested in Ubimini community in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State. Our correspondent reports that the suspect identified as IGWE, was arrested by soldiers along Ubimini-Omoku Road. The suspect was arrested along with his father over a kidnap operation which he is alleged to have obtained eight million naira ransom.
