Here in Rivers State; teachers are suffering non implementation of arrears of promotion benefits since 2007.
State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers, LUCKY NKPONGONE said the result of the promotion exercise has been released and promotion letter have been issued to the successful teachers.
NKPONGONE was speaking at an event in Port Harcourt to mark the annual celebration of teachers.
