The request was contained in a letter addressed to the President of the Senate, Senator BUKOLA SARAKI, which was read during plenary today.
The loan comes under the Federal Government’s external borrowing plan, and it is meant for projects spread across Kaduna, Ogun, Ebonyi, Abia, Katsina, Jigawa, Kano, Enugu, Plateau and Ondo states.
Professor OSINBAJO said the loan is to be sourced from four donor agencies, which are made up of the World Bank, African Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank and French Development Bank.
