This was based on the order of Justice MUSLIM HASSAN of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, following the expiration of the temporary forfeiture order he granted on 13th April.
Justice HASSAN had allowed until 5th of May for any interested party to come forward with proof to claim the money and show cause why it should not be forfeited to the Federal Government
