The embattled former Niger-Delta militant leader, SOLOMON NDIGBARA has approached the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt seeking to enforce his fundamental human rights. In a case filed by his lawyer, EUGENE ODEY, the ex-militant leader who is popularly called SOLO, claims that his rights had been infringed upon.EUGENE ODEY said NDGIBARA wants to know why security operatives are after him, and is asking the court to protect him from further harassment. The lawyer said his client has been in hiding for unknown reason ever since security operatives raided his houses in Ogoni as well as Ada George area of Port Harcourt.Correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA reports that the mop-up of arms by security operatives in parts of Rivers state is still in progress.
