Chairman of the Concerned Rivers Clerics, Reverend Doctor Minaibi Dagogo-Jack made the call during a media briefing in Port Harcourt.
Dagogo-Jack who spoke on behalf of the leaders, stressed the need to celebrate Pastor Ibiyeomie, whom he said has made a name for Rivers state by taking the gospel of God across the world.
While appreciating God for the gift of the pastor whom he described as a trans-denominational leader, Dagogo-Jack also said he has made a mark in different areas of endeavour.
On their parts, other Christian leaders including the Archbishop of the African Churches, Rivers Province, Most Reverend Doctor DOKUBERIAL-Briye Kaladokubo, Bishop Amangi Peters of New Heaven Christian Assembly International, and Professor Kontein Trinya of the Preacher ministry, said the move to honour Ibiyeomie is to appreciate God’s gift for Rivers State.
