Our correspondent, who visited the scene of the incident on NYSC road, gathered that some of the engineers were inside the uncompleted building at the time it collapsed.
Some eyewitnesses, including one SOLOMON ERIM lives next door to the collapsed building, called on the Rivers State government to investigate the incident.
