In a count charge read out in court, Sunday Samuel is alleged to have on the 14th of February, 2021 at Ohakwe street Rumuigbo in Port Harcourt had unlawful canal knowledge of Uduak, an and thereby committed an offence punishable under criminal code of Rivers State law 1999.
Before the accused pleaded not guilty to the charge, the thirteen year old teenage girl informed the court that she was already four months pregnant for the accused who was arraigned by Human Right desk at Rivers State Police headquarters, Moscow road.
Chief Magistrate Gomba Osaro after listening to the victim and the accused as well as their representatives, adjourned till 16th of August, 2021 for bail consideration.
