The Governor made the announcement when he appeared on a live television programme monitored from our studio.
Governor Wike also disclosed that the three flyovers will be located in both Obio Akpor and Port Harcourt city local government areas of the state.
He noted that he just realized that the seven flyovers which he is constructing will not be enough for the state.
Speaking on the recent defection of two former commissioners who served under his administration, Governor Wike said the two men have nothing to offer.
