Governor NYESOM WIKE personally gave this indication during an audience with some labour leaders at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
Governor WIKE said the state government was in the process of improving security in the state with relevant security agencies, but stressed that the amnesty would only be offered to criminals and cultists who lay down their arms and embrace peace.
The Governor said the goal of the State Government is to ensure that Rivers State remains safe for investors.
