Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has revealed that he depends on his wife’s prayers for President Bola Tinubu’s continued support, saying such backing is crucial for him to effectively carry out his responsibilities.
Wike made the remark while speaking at the commissioning of the newly constructed Collector Road CN2, also known as Zakari A. Kyari Street, in Abuja.
According to the minister, the confidence and support of President Tinubu have been instrumental in the execution of key infrastructure projects in the Federal Capital Territory.
He said his wife continually prays for the President to remain healthy and continue supporting him, noting that without the President’s backing, ministers would find it difficult to deliver on their mandates.
Wike also reaffirmed his commitment to implementing the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda through the provision of critical infrastructure and improved public services across the FCT.
