Governor WIKE noted that Nigeria would make incredible progress if the Executive and Legislative Arms of Government carry out their official responsibilities in line with the constitution.
The Governor was speaking during a Special Banquet in Honour of the retiring President of the Court of Appeal, Justice ZAINAB BULKACHUWA at the Government House Port Harcourt.
He made reference to the Electoral Act that recognized the Card Reader, presented by the 8th National Assembly, which President MUHHAMADU BUHARI refused to give his approval.
Governor WIKE maintained that the nation’s democracy is still thriving because of the positive roles and influence of the Judiciary.
