Governor Wikewho said this at the flag-off of the Trans-Kalabari road project in Degema Local Government Area on Thursday, challenged any financial institution to declare that his administration borrowed money to carryout its projects
The Governor however revealed that the state only borrowed five billion naira agricultural loan from the CBN, which he said is yet to be expended
Governor Wike further advised the Kalabari people not to allow some persons he described as criminals to speak on their behalf.
The flag-off ceremony was performed by the Chairman Peoples Democratic Party Elders Forum Rivers State chapter, Chief Ferdinand Anabrabra.
