Governor Wike who refuted the report while flagging off the Ndoroma-Amocho-Ebubu-Ogali link road in Eleme Local Government area of the state, explained that the executive order 21 only mandates political parties to apply for permission before using the premises of schools for their campaigns
He also warned those planning to disobey the order to desist of face the wrath of his government
While commending some PDP leaders from Eleme for attracting development to the area, the Governor challenged former Nigerian ambassador to the Netherlands, Oji Ngorfa who is currently the Rivers South East APC senatorial candidate to name his achievements when he was an Ambassador.
On his part, former governor of Ondo state, Olusegun Mimiko who flagged off the project, urged Rivers people not to take Governor Wike’s infrastructural development for granted.
