The Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Chukwuemeka Chukwu, disclosed this during a stakeholders’ meeting in the state, ahead of the polls.
It could be recalled that the Appeal Court had ordered a rerun in Udenu/Igbo-Eze North Federal Constituency and Enugu South Urban State Constituency.
The REC said both elections would be conducted in twenty five Registration Areas, totalling one hundred and seventy three polling units, adding that for Enugu South Urban State Constituency, there would be a rerun in eight polling units that had some discrepancies.
According to him, for Udenu/Igbo-eze North Federal Constituency, made up of two LGAs, elections will be held in fifty five polling units in Udenu LGA and one hundred and ten polling units in Igbo-eze North LGA.
