Vice Chancellor of Rivers State University says the Institution is awarding Life Changing Skills on its Graduate

Professor DIDIA, who gave this indication when he received a delegation of Course 26 of the National Defence College, said the objective is to empower students to become self-reliant on completion of their studies.
Our correspondent reports that the National Defence College Course 26 participants were led by Air Vice -Marshall NDANA KUDU, who said their mission was part of a study tour of Rivers State.
Air Vice-Marshall KUDU said the focus of the study tour is on issues and prospects of youth empowerment and national security, stressing that there was need to ascertain the reason for consistent involvement of youths in conflicts and violence.
