KANYE WEST was admitted to the UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles on Monday last week after suffering exhaustion.
Reports say he left the facility in the company of his wife KIM KARDASHIAN and his personal doctor, MICHAEL FARZAM.
The thirty-nine-year-old rapper was diagnosed with temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration.
