Reports say Judge JOSEPH BRUZZESE JUNIOR and the gunman exchanged about five shots each around 8 O’clock on Monday morning in Steubenville.
The Jefferson County prosecutor has identified the attacker as NATHANIEL RICHMOND, but said they were yet to identify a motive for the attack.
However, the slain gunman is the father of a high school football player MA’LIK RICHMOND, whose rape conviction made national headlines in the 2012.
