The Police Service Commission said feedback from the field indicates that the exercise has been orderly, and peaceful, with a large turnout of candidates in most of the centres.
The Police Service Commission said officials from the Federal Character Commission have been deployed across the thirty-six states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory to monitor the exercise.
A statement released by the Head of Press and Public Relations of the PSC, IKECHUKWU ANI, said the Inspector General of Police, SOLOMON ARASE also posted Commissioners of Police to join the Police Service Commission at the various State Screening centres.
The Chairman of the PSC, Sir MIKE OKIRO, who doubles as the National Coordinator of the Programme assured that the Commission would ensure that the integrity of the exercise is not compromised.
