UNICEF alerts Increased acute malnutrition on Somalia children.

UNICEF said the number has now shot up by fifty percent, to around one point four million children in that category.

 

The report indicates that severely malnourished children are nine times more likely to die of killer diseases like cholera and acute watery diarrhoea and measles, which are spreading in the country.
