Representatives of the Youths, Emmanuel Weli and Prince Achor told newsmen that the composition of the ELECO is in flagrant disobedience to a Consent Judgement Order to that effect by a Magistrate Court sitting in Bori.
The Youths also appealed to the Governor and heads of security agencies in the State to call the Council Chairman and the said ELECO members to order as their action is capable of plunging the community into crisis.
