The people, who complained about lack of government presence in the area, stressed that while the Rivers state government is busy constructing internal roads in neighboring communities in Emohua, Omudioga is yet to feel any government impact, despite being the epicentre of the local government area.
Speaking in an interview with Today FM, Amadi Chinyere who is the chairman of Omudioga Elite and Graduate Association lamented that they feel abandoned as the community lacks good hospitals, markets, roads and other basic amenities.
