This is according to the Governor of AkwaIbom state, Emmanuel Udom who was speaking as a guest on a television programme.
Udom said little interest has been shown about the electoral reform against the will of the people who he said lack confidence in the electoral process.
The Governor also noted that the current move to amend the 1999 constitution is like doing the right thing at the wrong time.
