Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has urged the Gunners to channel their anger toward PSG ahead of the second leg of the Champions League in Paris.
Arteta made this known after the team’s 2-1 loss to Bournemouth in Saturday’s Premier League game at the Emirates Stadium.
Recall that PSG pipped Arsenal 1-0 in the first leg last Tuesday.
Speaking with the club’s website, Arteta called on the players to respond positively against PSG.
“We certainly wanted to create a positive vibe; a positive result would have really helped us to build what we wanted towards Wednesday,” Arteta said after the game.
“What we have created now is a lot of rage, anger, frustration, and a bad feeling in the tummy.
“So let’s make sure we use that for Wednesday to have a massive performance in Paris, win the game, and be in the final.”
