Two Venezuelan opposition leaders arrested aftermath disputed election.

Relatives of the LEOPOLDO LÓPEZ and ANTONIO LEDEZMA both men were accused of inciting violence during anti-government protests in 2014.

 

 

The men have been taken to Ramo Verde military jail, while at least ten people have been killed in street violence after the controversial vote for a constitutional assembly.

 

President NICOLÁS MADURO convened the assembly to rewrite Venezuela’s constitution amid spiraling anti-government protests.
