Those challenging and defending President TRUMP’s controversial travel ban are now expected to answer some tough questions raised by the panel of three judges.
The questions include determining the limits on the President’s power and evidence to link the seven predominantly Muslim countries to terrorism.
Furthermore; the lawyers were also asked whether the measure could be considered anti-Muslim.
The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco is expected to make a decision on the matter later this week.
But whatever the appeals court decides, observers have said the case would probably end up in the Supreme Court.
