This is because the CSO of Rumuekini Community, Celestine Chidi-Amadi has distanced himself and other members of the cabinet of the paramount ruler of the community, Eze Loud Amadi-Wali from such illegal and unauthorized levy.
Chidi-Amadi advised members of the public to disregard such levy and report anyone enforcing the payment to relevant security agencies just as he warned such individuals to desist from such criminal act or risk been arrested and prosecuted.
