The Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, IBIM SEMENITARI said the late Supreme Court Justice was the conscience of Nigeria’s judiciary.
SEMENITARI described the contributions of late Justice TOBI to Nigeria’s jurisprudence as authoritative.
In a statement signed by her Special Assistant on Media, BEKEE ANYALEWECHI, the NDDC boss and former commissioner of information and communication in Rivers State said the death of Justice comes as a national loss and a tragic story for the Niger Delta region.
On his part; the Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, DAKUKU PETERSIDE, described the death of Justice NIKI TOBI as a huge loss to the law profession and the entire nation.
PETERSIDE said the death of Justice TOBI was an irreparable loss to the Niger Delta because the late legal luminary served humanity diligently and selflessly.
The NIMASA boss said the late jurist will be remembered for his invaluable interventions and wise counsel.
