The International Association of Athletics Federations has opened investigation into the coach of the women’s one thousand, five hundred-metre world record holder.

Somali-born JAMA ADEN and an unnamed Moroccan physiotherapist have been charged with administering banned substances to athletes.

The inquiry is part of an anti-doping operation that dates back to 2013, but neither of the accused persons has commented on the allegations.

However; the IAAF has said it would use all available resources and powers to protect clean athletes and the integrity of the sport.
