President Bola Tinubu has assured Nigeria’s Super Falcons of a grand reception upon their return from Morocco, where they clinched the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title for a record-extending 10th time.
The Super Falcons staged a remarkable comeback at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat on Saturday, overturning a two-goal deficit to defeat hosts Morocco 3-2 and secure the 2024 championship.
