Three-year-old boy dies after drinking bottle of caustic soda in his school.

Darasimi Ogunwunmi died after drinking the acidic soda that was said to have been kept in his class by teachers.

The death of the Kindergarten pupil comes nine months after the incident occurred in his school.

A report says after the incident, the boy found it difficult to swallow either liquid or solid food, despite six different surgeries that were carried out on him.
