The Rivers State Police Command has advised commuters never to board commercial vehicles outside motor parks.This is because criminal minded people have resorted to disguise as commercial transport operators in a bid to deceive unsuspecting commuters, who may end up being kidnapped or robbed of their valuables.The Police Public Relations Officer, AHMAD MUHAMAD who gave the advise in a statement obtained by our correspondent, urged commuters who are in the habit of boarding vehicles along the roads to be security conscious.The Command spokesman said members of the public must take note that their personal safety and security starts with them.
