Writing in a statement obtained by our correspondent, the Media Adviser the State Chairman of the PDP, JERRY NEEDAM, listed some prominent APC chieftains in Rivers State who are alleged to be influencing the heavy military deployment.According to the statement; the Rivers PDP alleged that several meetings have been held by the arrowheads in the plot.The statement further alleged that the masterminds have also influenced the redeployment of some officials from the INEC office in Port Harcourt.
